Bible Battles — Support

The free trial

Bible Battles is free to play for three days. The trial includes the whole Introduction tier, one survival realm, one map to explore, and the first five duels on the Grudge Road.

Buy at any point during those three days and the full game is yours at the trial price. After the trial ends it is available at the regular price. Either way it is a single purchase — there is no subscription, and nothing else to buy inside the game.

I paid, but the game is locked

Open the offer card and tap Restore Purchases. This asks the App Store what your Apple Account already owns and unlocks the game again. It works on a new phone, after deleting and reinstalling, and on any device signed in to the same Apple Account.

If Restore does not find it, check you are signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase, then email us.

Will I lose my progress?

Progress is saved on your device. Deleting the app deletes your progress, so avoid deleting it if you want to keep your stars — reinstalling will restore your purchase, but not your saved game.

Turning notifications off

In the app: Menu → Settings → Daily Reminder. On the device: Settings → Notifications → Bible Battles.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
